The Fresno Bee: New EyeFly3D produces 3D images without 3D glasses

The LCD’s on smartphones produce amazing image quality on their own, but when you add the EyeFly3D screen protector, it brings it into a whole new category. There are specific instructions for applying the tempered glass protector to your iPhone 5/5s $29.95 (iPhone 6/6 plus versions are due out in January) to ensure it works properly. EyeFly3D was developed by Nanoveu with a patent-pending technology, which allows it to work without glasses but makes your images and video’s appear to jump out of the screen. The EyeFly3D uses free apps for viewing video (EyeFly3D Vid) or images (EyeFly3D Pix) in landscape or portrait modes. Through the apps settings, you’ll convert your media to 3D. Want to change your iPhone into a glasses-free 3D device? Now you can

Online gadget retailer I Want One of Those is selling a screen protector for iPhone that can also be used to view glasses-free stereoscopic 3D. No, really. The EyeFly 3D screen protector sticks to the front of an iPhone 4S, 5, 5S, 5C or fifth generation iPod touch and displays 3D videos and images from sites such as YouTube. It uses micro lens technology with over half a million lenses presenting different perspectives of the same image to each eye. The manufacturer also claims that there is little pixelation, so the phone’s screen brightness and clarity is not affected in normal 2D use. And as the EyeFly 3D is made from 9H tempered glass, it also helps protect the iPhone screen. Review Source: www.pocket-lint.com

The only real negatives are that there’s not much 3D material readily available online, so you’d have to rip your own films,…

They will be going together as a contingent, jointly organised by IE Singapore and the Singaporean-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (SGC). While Asia-Pacific is driving global…
